Well I just rejoined MFP after a 3 year sabbatical. I was doing keto and logging into carb manager . It’s a good app for carb counters and a keto lifestyle . You folks are all very inspiring thank you for posting ! I need to get my steps up for sure . I do a good job hitting the gym 3 days a week and jogging 2.5 miles 3 days day per week . But I don’t usually walk much !
