I weighed in this morning and it was 191.6. I was at first disappointed in the number but then I looked at the non scale victories that I had. I was able to push harder on my workout this morning, my clothes fit better, and I feel happier. I will take all that over the scale

I looked over the whole month of steps. I was discouraged at first but then when I looked at the big picture I am pretty proud of myself. Without counting today, I walked a total of 289,457 steps for the month. The average comes down to 9,648 a day. I will look when I get home from work, but I think that has me on target…

I am thinking of skipping this week. I have not gotten on the scale yet. I am leading a seminar on a program called Refuse to be a Victim. I have been so focused on getting the power point edited that I have not worked out and my eating has not been very good.

I did my meal plan/batch cooking today. I made eggs with spinach, potatoes and turkey sausage, Chinese stir fry and chili for lunch/dinner. Carrots and radish for snack.also made some protein balls for a sweet snack. I also made a paleo version of carrot soufflé. We will have tostadas for dinner tonight.
