I use both Vital Proteins Collagen and Truvani (plant based protein powder) in my morning smoothie. Cup of frozen fruit, 12 oz unsweetened almond or coconut milk, 1 scoop of Truvani and 4 tbsp. collagen powder. Blend...approx 38-40grams per serving. I use the chocolate Truvani, but it comes in a lot of flavors
