  • May I hop in? I’m 60 next Thursday. My actual name is Anne - I use WelshFlier because I’m Welsh and my aspiration is to soar through life (I can but dream!). I’ve had a lifelong rollercoaster relationship with food and exercise. But I’m settling into smaller ups and downs than in the past.
