I do Keto and to stay in the safe zone I built my personal list of foods from food labels. Using MFP labels would have been so so wrong.... unfortunately this is the biggest weakness of MFP and every other calory counter on the web.

This happens also if you try to logg Stevia or any sweetner. And sweetner added foods. They count into the macros because MFP uses the TOTAL carbs : includes sugar alcohols as carbs. My advice for this is to create your food and register % corectly, giving the food an easy name. MFP food data base is very very very wrong…

24.45.1 update is available in Play Store. I first checked via web to see if my data is ok. Then I unistalled completely the old app and installed fresh. Logged to the app ( took a bit loading on Pixel 8pro) but now all working fine and data is recorded. Probably some links to MFP data base broke with the past app. Glad…
