Hi, I’m on a different injection but also been in and off here for years. I lost 3 stone prior to Covid but piled it back on. I then found out I was going through menopause and hurt my knee so have struggled since. I’m a week and half in. Lost 9lbs the first week so feeling a little positive compared to where I was before x
