Hi, I’ve been back for a month now and doing well. I’m slowly losing weight. Lots of exercise and finally getting in a healthy rhythm of eating and stopping when full. I’m 50 years old and met my goal weight once before but got in a horrific accident and gained most of it back. I am signed up for a half marathon in October which in 7 months away and hopefully be at or close to goal weight once again.

  • In my opinion, and research has shown that losing 14 pounds without weight loss meds or surgery in one month is excessive and unsafe.
