Trying for a goal of 1000 steps per day. I have severe osteoarthritis in both knees and walking itself is a big challenge.

I am following a basic plan on MFP for weight loss which is 1200 cal per day. I’m having trouble sticking with it so far.

I want to be able to walk with less pain. Walking is very difficult for me right now. My immediate goal is to just walk more. I haven’t quantified that yet.
