This is such a nice group of 20 people. I hope everyone will switch over to the NEW weekly check in for Jan - Dec, 2025 (in one document instead of 12 separate months. (Too bad MFP only lets us edit for an hour. I would love to keep editing the same document for 12 months.

@thisisamiri9167, you have my full support. However . . . what I have learned is that I should expect to lose no more than 3 pounds a week. That means in 90 days (13 weeks) you can aim for losing 39 pounds. I think it is important to set realistic goals, so you aren't disappointed or too hard on yourself. Perhaps others…
