Yes, I have the same problem. There are a few days where I will eat anything and everything. When that happens, I drink lots and lots of water, usually in the form of tea, and try to exercise a little longer/harder to make up for the extra calories.

broccoli, tomato, avocado, baby spinach - love them just as they are and especially in a big salad!

Tried these and they were basically banana-flavored eggs. Not my favorite.
