Thanks! 6 out of the 8 meals are very calorie-friendly. The other 2 dinners, I work around, calorie-wise (i.e., smaller breakfasts/lunches).

LOVE your "spoilers". Big hug on your backstory! π€ Re: partners, it's very hard when you live with someone who isn't on the same page with you, in-regards to weight/eating/drinking. Maybe try to squeeze-in some exercise time when you aren't together. I, myself, have always gotten up early and did my "own thing" beforeβ¦
