Linda, I've never had grilled Campari tomatoes before but will have to try sometime. Your addition of banana pudding is such a good idea. I used to have that all the time growing up, delicious. The cybercafe has a truly dedicated staff. I hope they get to have bites of everything!

So happy to hear you got to enjoy the sun and breathe easy! We aren't getting the wildfire smoke here in my part of the country, but my heart goes out to all who are dealing with it currently. What are you reading Zzyyggy? I love a good book. Currently working my way through a Jane Austen (Mansfield Park.) Enjoy you…

Hi Linda and Zzyyggy, smores sounds great. I'll have dessert first (yum!) around the bonfire and afterwards some barbeque ribs with mashed potatoes, which I'm sure Chef Francois adds lots of butter and herbs to. For a beverage I'll have ice cold sweet tea. I hope the air will clear up in your areas very soon!

Greek yogurt with a banana. A classic 😋

I'd like to order- a tender steak, cheesy mashed sweet potatoes with herbs, hush puppies, and BBQ prawns. A real surf and turf feast. I'll have a frosty root beer to…

Mall walking can be a relaxing and climate controlled way to get started moving more. Window shop while you do a few laps!

Feeling defined bicep muscles (wow) and a slightly sharper jaw line! I got plenty of protein and carbs Friday/Saturday in the form of whole foods. Attempting to ease this current plateau at -25lb. Sometimes giving my body a little extra to work with seems to do the trick. Back on my regular meal plan today. Let's have a…
