Comment (02/06/25): Yesterday, I was on-track for a decent loss, but I skipped my planned, sensible dinner for Happy Hour. After 3 pints of IPA, and chips & salsa, I'm very lucky to break even. It helped having a later-than-usual weigh-in, today.

Comment (02/02/25): "Over" 785 calories, so I'm not surprised about the gain. For the remainder of February, a two-forked (no pun intended) approach to losing weight: 1) At, or below, daily calorie budget, 2) Exercise (and just more moving, in-general). Thanks for the welcome, @ManifestingToday!
