Walking is a really great idea. If you do decide to go to the gym, I only shoot for 2 to 3 days a week. I love doing strength training and I do it before work 2 to 3 days a week which means I get up at like 4:30 in the morning, but it’s the only way I can squeeze it in with my schedule.
