I try to lift two to three days a week before work. I do leg day. Then the next time i do chest, back, and shoulders. Thirdly i do a day of biceps and triceps. I also do abs/core and stretching each time I'm at the gym to wrap up.

I’ve stayed strong and not given in to temptation on day ONE today. Avoided the sugary treats and I’ve been tracking everything and drinking my water. It’s a great feeling.
