Currently on week 2 of phase 2, guess that would be week 6. The first week about killed me, but now I look forward to working out every morning (except plyo-Tuesday, I have a love hate relationship with that workout). Keeping your legs straight and locked out while doing them is a pain too. The Oblique V-Ups are the hardest for me for some reason.

Currently on week 6 of P90X and its great. Like others have said, the first week is killer and you will be sore. I have been able to drop weight and put back on lot of muscle. If you can survive week one you'll be fine. Like it was said before keep hitting play and bring it every time.

I just finished week 3 of P90X. I saw the P90X2 video just like a lot of you did, and that is an insane looking working out. I look forward to doing it once I complete regular P90X.

I am on week 3 of P90X right now and it is every bit as intense as people say it is. Plyometrics is a killer, however with P90X there are alternatives and modified moves to make things easier, but it is still challenging.
