  • Hi! My name is Melanie and I'm 11 months postpartum. It blows my mind how quickly the first year has gone by and it's time I make some healthier choices so I can be here for as long as I can for my daughter. :) Love the idea of this group for accountability!

  • Hi! 11 months postpartum and ready to get fit again. Weight has not budged for a few months which is frustrating, but it hasn't gone up either so I guess that's okay hahaa? Here's to healthy changes. :)
