  • I haven’t run in almost a year, and have barely exercised at all in that time. That said, I am setting a week 1 goal of 5 miles of running (not jogging or walking) for the first week of March. I’ll start with run/jog/walks and see how far I get towards run/jog only by the end of the week. Maybe I’ll up my goal, maybe not,…
