When I started at 262, I walked and did wii just dance for 30-45 minutes. The cardio helped me get to thelow 200's and the point where I could take up running and yoga :-)

Low fat cottage cheese or fiber one 90 calories bar. I've busted through a few plateaus over the last nine months, mostly by completely changing things up adding new exercise or just significantly upping or lowering my calories. Add me if you want, my diary is open to friends!

I weigh everyday, it works for me. If it's down I'm excited and keeps me on track, if I'm up I try not to get frustrated and use the motivation to get my butt in gear! I weigh in officialy once a week, but track every day on weighttracker.com. That site also lets me track my food, exercise and some other variables like…

I agree with cgrout, there is really not much to be done until you decide it's time. But if you hate the food so much, if that's the biggest problem then maybe buy a healthy cook boock? Or try out some new recipes. Check out skinnytaste.com, I've gotten some tasty stuff from there.
