Hey! Feel free to add me! I have the app on the iphone, but honestly never use the scan, it's pretty easy to just enter stuff manually! I don't really do the mini-challenges much, I just set my personal goals realy high (low calorie intake an hour of work out every day) and find that is a big enough challenge!!

Crunches and bellydancing! I'm addicted to my wii fames, I have the Just Dance & Zumba and I have been thinking about getting the bellydancing one jsut for that reason :smile:

Well, I am going to try some of your advice. Cut down to one bar a day and add some beans and nuts. On the flip side, what I have been doing HAS been working so I don't want to change anything to drastically at once.

Thanks for the advice. The only packaged food I really eat is the fiber bars (oh and yogurt, but yogurt is like Bananas to me, 2 of my favorite foods!). It's hard to get rid of them becuase I work crazy hours and they are incredibly easy. I've been staying away from nuts becuase they are so high in fats, but the beans are…

From what I've read, if you are not getting enough calories, your body basically thinks it won't get anymore and goes into starvation mode. It conserves energy and burns less, so yes you do want to make sure you are getting enough calories in order to lose weight and for your long term health.

You can do this! I have had the same problem, a few weeks then giving up for years. I'm just starting out and after one week the small successes and encouragement keep me motivated and excited to continue! Add me as a friend if you want!
