  • How much water are you drinking a day? I often times feel if I’m trying to drink a lot of water (64+ oz) then a lot of my cravings start to disappear.
  • 3/11 - 186.6 Weighed in 3 pounds less today than I did yesterday. Was very healthy all day yesterday, ate good meals and didn’t have any extra sugars, processed meals or alcohol so was able to cut out all the junk and spent a good but of time exercising. Hopefully can keep it going today!

  • Wassup guys, new to MFP and anything like this. Day 36 - 3/11 - 186.6 Yesterday was a good day. Ate very healthy, went for a 5 mile walk / run then got in the gym in the evening. Was able to cut out all fast food and alcohol so no bad stuff went in my body. Alcohol free for two days so hopefully can keep it going today!
