They tell you not to go under 1800. But if you are really active then you will need more. I'm eating about 2000/day and losing weight. And remember not to lose more than 2lbs a week. It releases toxins and can diminish your milk supply if you do. Best of luck to you!!!

I know exactly how you feel! My problem is I start to see progress and then start eating badly and then gain the weight right back. Maybe we can try to help motivate each other. I am at the around the same weight and am trying to get to 145-150. Best of luck!
