  • I use my fitnesspal and I go by the serving size on the back of the package. Or log veggies based on amount consumed. I weigh every few days. Weighing daily is just depressing when the scale isn’t moving in the right direction.

  • I’m 52 , T2, just started insulin ( the lantus) 6 weeks ago. I’m walking nearly every day 3-5 miles depending. Typically hike saturdays . 6-7 miles . Yoga 3-5 times a week.
