I just started MFP again. I want to lose a few pounds (8-10) and get back to a healthier diet. I lost weight and gained a few pounds. I tried this community before but life got in the way. I really need to put some effort into logging my food so I will be accountable.

I am not a picky eater but I have food allergies. So I may seem like a picky eater. I do agree with the other post. Don’t force yourself to eat items you dislike. I mean do try other things and see if the texture changes or if adding a certain spice makes it better. For example I didn’t care for yogurt. Now when I add…
