  • Hi, I'm 58 and am making a more conscious effort to get healthier right now. I am tracking my food intake which I hope will help me make changes for the best. I am also trying to get more movement and exercise in each day. I hope you are having an awesome day.
  • Hi, I can relate to being post menopausal, emotional eating, and having a lot on my plate as well. I'm 58 and I live in California, US. My mom and grandparents were Canadian. 😊 I have quite a bit more to lose (200 lbs) but am looking for mutual support. Wishing you the best!
  • Hi, thank you for your post!! It is very motivating to see your success. Ideally, I would like to lose 215 pounds. I've tried a lot of different things and what I lack most is consistency. The one thing I have not tried is reaching out to others. I would welcome support from others. Hope we can be friends.
