Day 10 of exercises I've just done an all round full round stretch because thats all I have the energy for. I've done about 30 minutes

It's all okay its not that easy of a challenge especially if you're subject to stress or have a lot going on. Like I said at some point I might fail if work gets overwhelming and it can certainly get overwhelming π sometimes baby steps is all you need. If you can do 5 minutes of HIIT or just basic exercises then you'reβ¦

Actually smashed an hour on the exercise bike going on average 17.9 miles an hour with some resistance π₯³

I did the workout on the 2nd floor in my bedroom with very little face so its totally doable. I was sweating in no time. For today, I've done some arm workouts with two of my 5kg dumbbells and will complete the workout with my exercise bike, will try to complete an hour :D

Doing this with a stomachache is just absolutely nuts. But here were are.

Well one can walk for such a long time, I do like 10-12K steps at work so on averages thats 400 or so extra calories burned on top of my total daily energy expenditure, its great π

Day 6 of just dancing while drunk for a couple of hours. π₯΄π₯

So speaking of dance I did this as my warm up and its sooooo easy for me to do, the moves are not complicated and in principle I think it helps loosen the body...atleast for me it did. So feel free to check it out. I think I might have a freestyle dance session to complete my workout today :D have fun with it

Ah don't worry, I'm worried that might happen for me considering the long hours I do at work π but all one can do is try. Hope you have fun with it! You'll certainly work up a sweat when you do that belly dance workout, I certainly did and still do haha

Its fine if you join late as long as you keep to it. Thank you all, your posts has motivated to get up and exercise (its so easy to be in bed all day isn't it? π΄) I've managed to do some zumba today for 35 mins Was actually quite fun, had to modify someone of the moves as jumping around in a small room upstairs was not theβ¦

I feel that way with resistance band training! But it does certainly help you get toned which I like. Sometimes it gave people the illusion that I had dropped weight when I didn't haha. You do build muscle I suppose which would explain why the weights not dropping and/ or if the diet isn't the best which wasn't for me.β¦

Absolutely relatable, I felt like that for so long and still do but things can change. If you're still going then you gotta push yourself. Do it for you! Make yourself like yourself again, you can do it :D
