It’s def frustrating. I’m 50, had hyster in 2017, but kept ovaries. I had no idea when pre menopause would start. Weight gain, hot flashes…well, oftentimes it’s a long wave. 😩 I just rejoined MFP to see if tracking would work. Only time will tell!
