Your entire business model is getting people to form the habit of coming to your website every day. Making big changes to the interface goes completely against that goal.

Just a thought , but maybe you could try adding something like this: Much better than what we currently have.

Also, maybe make it so you don't have to tap the edit button every time you want to add water?
