Weight loss is more than just CICO. If it were simply about CICO, losing weight would be a lot easier. CICO DOES play a huge/major part of the equation, but, again, keep in-mind that there are other factors, and be patient on those days that you think you SHOULD lose weight (solely based on your calorie intake/expediture),β¦

Only 0.3 lb to end with a loss. DO-ABLE!! πͺ

ποΈποΈ I appreciated the comment and thought. Thank you! π€ For me, time is of the essence. It's tough enough squeezing time in for exercise w/o spending a lot of time on posting, too. MFP does the graph for us in the "Report" section, so it's handy for posting on the JGMTD feed. I'm also participating in the JGMOM (Just Giveβ¦

Welcome back! π€ You've had GREAT success in-the-past! Best wishes, this time around!

OMG! Last year, I went to an Indian buffet. I was shocked that I liked their vegetarian dishes more than their meat dishes. I gained 5 lb that day. Pace yourself!

Exactly! To each, his/her own! If it works, do it!

Personally, I don't get the whole "trend" thing, at-all. I can see if you have a bad day, and you want to sugar coat it by telling yourself you are still going in the right direction, over time, but, again, what's the purpose? A bad day won't crush me. I might whine about it, but it will only make me try harder, not defeatβ¦

Based on yesterday's caloric intake, I expected to break-even, or maybe gain a very small amount. Need to buckle down for the last day of this challenge.

You'll reach maintenance, soon. Hang in there!

Thanks! Let's make the last 2 days count! ππ₯

As expected, it took 2 days to counter my 4th of July gain, but I did it. 100% back-on-track! π

0.2 lb below my goal weight for this Round with 2 more days to go. Onward and downward! πͺ

WOW! π

Back on track, although it may take 1 more day to make-up for the 4th of July gain.

As usual, it looks like it will take 2 "good" days to recover from 1 bad one.
