Well done, @_JeffreyD_ ! 👏

Small loss, but still better than a gain. 🙌

I don't think I have too many triggers, although I do get the munchies, sometimes, when I over-imbibe. I also can't watch cooking shows without snacks and wine!

re: triggers, LOL! I think I remember you from many moons ago. I think I was originally on MFP back in the JGMTD mid-Round 100's (…before I left for LoseIt): Salt, sugar, chips, candy, and stress? I hope you've overcome all of them. :)

I'm thinking a lot of people will be crying on Saturday morning…

LOL! Reminds me of this meme…

Thanks for the welcome, @SModa61! I used to do my entire menu for the week, but now, I just plan my dinners, then work around them with my leftover calories. Impromptu meals (or pub crawls) are what kill me. It seems that everyone wants to drag me out to do things AFTER the majority of my calories are spent. I need to…

Feel free to delete my discussion, if you want. I don't know how to "report these directly to staff", or I would have.

4 weigh-ins AFTER 4th of July weigh-in, so you've got this!

Thanks! Yes, I'm doing well, …so far. 🤣 Kudos for closing your rings, yesterday! Have a Happy 4th of July!

Holidays are ALWAYS tough, especially during BBQ season! lol Pace yourself…

Most large grocery store chains have their own butchers, in-store, and if let them know what you want, they'll get it for you. I used to have them save the large cow leg bones for my dogs. They didn't mind, as it was one less thing to have to throw away.

My food diary settings are 1) Breakfast, 2) Mid-morning Snack, 3) Lunch, 4) Mid-afternoon Snack, 5) Supper, and 6) Miscellaneous. Sensible snacks help me avoid any hunger issues.

Pre-logging really helps me a LOT!

How many calories does MFP suggest that you consume? Are you following their suggestion? Best bet is to always see what works, and change course when things aren't working. Sooooo many factors in the weight-loss equation, and many times, there are factors that we don't know about (or just can't figure-out). Keep changing…

You rarely find it packaged in grocery stores, but if you go to the butcher's counter, they'll probably have some in the display case. If not, just ask the butcher for some. You can also find it, sometimes, pre-packaged in some Costco stores. It's hard to beat pork belly tacos! 😋

I cook at-home, a lot, and I have to "guesstimate" meal calories on a regular basis. I try to guess on the HIGH end, just to make sure I have a loss, weight-wise, at the end of the day. I'm not a stickler for hitting my calorie intake mark, either, as I pad my calorie goal enough to know that if I go slightly "over", I…
