  • I also find that confusing. My fit bit counts all my walking workouts as steps. If I I do additional workouts I take off my fit bit and add the work out manually otherwise I would be double counting my work out as steps and a workout. It’s not ideal because I like to keep track of my heart rate while working out.
  • I prefer a journal. It takes a little more time but I I find it easier to evaluate my progress.
