Just ran-walked 4.5 miles. It is in the minus temps (C) and I am not used to it. As least I got out there since the work week was really tough with travel and longer hours. Need to catch up some this weekend! Hope you all are really moving!!!

Nice dog walk in the park for 3.5 miles. More than half way to my goal!

Walked to and from the deparment store for some sales! 2.7 miles in total.

Just tracked the hike on mapmyrun and it said 504m gain. We are still a little skeptical as we didn't really see all elevation changes and wonder if it doesn't necessarily have the full accuracy in this rather isolated area. Anyway, still proud!

Just ran 5 miles or 8.12 km! That is a new record in time and distance. Not too bad considering the massive hike yesterday. Hope you all are enjoying moving your *kitten* this January!

We went from 730m to 1285m. However, it was rolling hills which meant lots of up and down and then up again. Do you know how to count that? Just the difference between lowest and highest or the sum of all uphill? It was great and I am happy that I am not really sore!

My husband just mapped out our hike and I was missing 1.6 miles!

Just got home from a great hike of 8.1 miles. Somehow they all seemed uphill! It was marked as difficult and we did it if 4 hours and 45 minutes. Burn 2574 calories!

If you are a list person, make yourself accountable and keep track. I set the target of 4 X 45 minutes each week. I like to log my exercise on here and see how I can overachieve. In the past I used a small desk calendar and mark which days I worked out and then calculated my % of days in the month. I think a little self…

Congrats! It is wonderful news and W5D3 is always a mental challenge. Keep up the good work and keep the faith in C25K. I completed it in September and ran for 57 minutes straight on Friday. Enjoy and good luck!

Finising off the month and year with a work out on the eliptical machine for 6 miles and another 1.5 in dog walks today! Happy New Year to all and can't wait to start the challenge in 2012! Big thanks to all those who make this possible for us!!!!

Just ran 4.2 miles, but could only add 3.2 since my last run was overestimated! Sometimes I am just too honest! Will make my goal tomorrow!

Just adding what I did over Christmas. One walk/run, several dog walks and one longer walk along the Rhien! Under ten for the next four days to reach my goal.
