I did the C25K during the late summer of 2011 and it paid off. I was able to lose 17 kilos and keep it off. A little lazy with posting! Included last Saturday's time on the eliptical and the 10 mile hike today! Need to get my butt in gear to make the 100 miles this month!

Ticker is still down! Did 5.34 on the eliptical yesterday and just finished another 5.34 on the eliptical tonight! That puts me at 33.14 miles for the month. One third the miles at one third the month. Seems like I am on track!

Ticker is still not working! I added 5.03 miles on the eliptical last night and now total at 22.46 miles! Have a great Sunday! Hopefully one that moves!

Nice hike for 7.46 miles. Only added 6.46 as we learned that last week's hike was one km too much. Very close to my goal!

Rain means more miles on the eliptical which is good for the challenge, but I would prefer to be outside! Already 1/3 done. Could be a good month! 10.81 miles on the eliptical this afternoon while watching Notting Hill.

Another 10.8 miles on the eliptical this morning. I hope for a little better weather to run outside. Plus 20 minutes of pilates! Nice Saturday morning. Off to shower and then some shopping!

Made it! Thanks to this challenge I got on the eliptical tonight after three incredibly long days at work in order to make the goal. Let's see what Nov. will bring!
