Great job! You deserve that grin. Look into a 5K that you can run in October!

I ended up walking back from dinner for another 2.7 miles. What a day! I have been really moving.

Just took the dog on a nice long walk or 4.2 miles and passed my goal! I guess I will be changing it to keep me challenged! ticker updated

Great achievement!!! You should be very proud of yourself. I hope to do one in October when I finish my C25K (which I would strongly recommend to all who would like to get started).

[Fri: 3.8 miles (Cut short because he did his classic roll-in-fresh-poop so had to get home to give him a bath.) I remember that when my dog was young. She still does it for things like dead fish or animals. Disgusting!

Finished W6D2! Went a little slower in the beginning to ensure that I could get it done. It felt pretty good even if I was exhausted from a long week. Got the 25 minutes left for the week! I think I will do it on Sunday. How are you all doing???

I walked the dog and did W6D2 of the C25K. Exhausted but glad that I forced myself out there even though I was totally pooped from the week. Ticker updated.

Non Scale Victory! I have no idea about TMI!

Finally found part 2! Did the C25K W6D1 and also walked home from the restaurant with my husband. Yummy Indian. Less than 10 miles to go! I think I will make the target this weekend!

I did W6D1 this eveing. It went pretty well. I was only suffering on the last 5 minutes. I think that I went too fast for the first two intervals. Will watch that for the next run. Totally deserved the yummy Indian food with my husband. I hope that you all are doing well and getting some good runs in.

TIme on the eliptical machine with 5.8 miles. Ticker is updated!
-
Did my C25K Week 5 Day 3 which is the 20 minute run and made it. Add another interval at the end. Overall 3.2 miles added. Ticker updated!
-
I DID IT! W5D3 and added another 5 block interval after a walk. I agree that it is all mental. I did go pretty slowly at the beginning to ensure that I wouldn't die at the end. Super happy and ready for the pasta my husband is making. Bring on week 6!

TIcker properly updated now!

I just finished W5D2 this evening. It went well. I thought that I had to run 8, walk 3, run 5, walk 3, run . To my surprise, there were no 3 minute walks and the 5 was a walk. Since I was mentally preparing myself for more, it was fine. Let's see for W5D3 - 20 minutes. Maybe I should think that I have to do 30…

Totally having problems with the ticker updating! I will just say that I added 3.2 miles which makes my total 27.5! TIcker NOT Updated. I will keep trying.
