@briscogun No no no I’m not consuming 2300 a day, I struggle to consume 1900. I usually have between 600-300 calories left over at the end of the day. I tried several online calorie deficit Calculators and they’re all saying I should be around 2100 candies a day based on my workouts but I can’t do that it’s just too much.…

hi guys. Yes I count every drink on my tracker. I even measure them out so I know exactly what I am drinking and the calories I am taking in (97 calories per shot)
