  • Hi, my name is Harriet, I'm 69 and thinking about starting strength training. Slow and steady works best, I guess, starting light and gradually increasing weight and reps. Now just getting myself to the gym is the next hurdle. What's your situation?
  • Hi, lost 70 pounds a few years ago on Nutrisystem. Gained back 40 of it. 😕 Had used my fitness pal in distant past. I do find it helps me keep track of my intake and gives fun feedback on nutrients. This time around I'm trying semaglutide, too. Today I did well with diet and exercise. One day at a time. 🙂
