Hi! Congrats to you, tpykz6vmhj!! I’m also Tirze. Started mid July and lost 10lbs. I’m also taking Tirze not only to have lost a few lbs but also for the anti inflammatory element associated with my autoimmune disorder. It’s working so well. So grateful to have found this!
