  • I love sushi, too! If you pick the less fatty fish and go for sashimi, not sushi, it can help. Sometimes half the calories are in the rice. As a rule, chewy stuff (octopus, etc.) is lower in calories than the meaty stuff (salmon, yellowtail). Granted, eating all octopus doesn't really cut it!
