You could call them shrink marks instead... As the skin shrinks it loses its elasticity, Loss of collagen fibers in the dermis is what causes stretch/shrink marks to show through the top layer of skin.

That's a great result in two weeks....well done! I've been low carbing since May and it's worked well enough for me so far... I load up on supplements though, there's lots of good foods being missed out on.

If your trainer was trying to shift your body into ketosis to break the plateau, then carbs' are probably the wrong thing to go over on.

I've been eating a high protein, low carb' diet which has worked out well so far :)
