I moved to Ireland from the UK, the prices here were a shock to the system..............I really miss Asda (Walmart) :sad: And I feel I have far less choices all round! But this site has some US Atkins products, low carb pasta and breads that I've never seen around and some cheap TFR shakes for anyone so inclined.....…

I try to do this every morning, unfortunately the gym doesn't open until 9:30. I don't usually get to eat before 1pm. Drinking the whey is something that I should start. If it's good enough for the athletes, I'm game :smile:

It sounds like your cutting out a lot of carbs... A known effect of low carb diets is a decrease in blood pressure, most likely due to sodium excretion and water loss.
