I Know you said you didn't want to make anything but this is one of my favorite snacks. I buy low carb tortillas (5g net carbs) cut them up and fry them in peanut oil. They are crispy and delish. I love them with some spinach and artichoke dip. If I am really feigning for chips I just salt them. Trust me these are bomb!

I seem to be averaging between 30-40 net carbs a day with a few days of around 25 net carbs. I'm totally impressed with myself when I have a day of 25 net carbs but I know that right now even with 40 net carbs daily i'm still dropping weight so I don't stress about it.

I made my first fat head pizza dough and it was better than expected! i had a whole mini pizza with only 6 net carbs! This is exciting.

I started about 3 weeks ago and I am averaging about 50 net carbs per day. I am losing at this amount but am going to try to drop it down to about 30 going forward.

There was triple chocolate cake in the office today. I actually cut piece and brought it into the office to smash. When I thought about what I was about to do and how I would have to start all over I threw the cake in the garbage with out having any. Total NSV for me.

My diary is open, I eat everything, i eat alot and am dropping pounds slowly. I average about 4 lbs per month. A couple of times a week I have a big breakfast but it all seems to work itself out.

Yesterday workout B squats 5x5 @ 65# These were pretty good. Deadlift 5x1 @ 105# I was amazed I could lift it! OHP 5x5 @ 35# I see that I am going to have a love hate relationship with this exercise. I got it done but it wasn't pretty near the end.
