  • You probably need better shoes. I went to the "Running Store" and had them do quick tests on my feet on a treadmill then they can tell you exactly what type of shoes or insole you need. Their shoes were a bit pricey but once you figure out what kind of shoe you should be using you can always buy the shoes somewhere else...…
