im 5'4'' and 159lbs. i did all the workouts and everything. i barley broke a sweat but did them. im just confused on how to lose this weight. the bad part is it's all in my stomach and i look like i could be 5 months pregnant when im not! what are the best excersises to lose all the belly weight. i wouldnt mind a few…

did mine for today i missed yesterday though. i have to say though i think it's helping a little bit ive lost almost two pounds trying to do everything i can. if i dont see a big change right away that's ok. a little at a time is fine by me!

Already done! I could use all the support and motivation i can get! It's hard to do with two kids and taking care of the house and sometimes having to babysit my niece and nephew. Hard to find time to work out at the end of the day when i just want to sit and relax!
