I have been tracking my food this week and I exercise 1.5 hrs Mon, Tues 30 min Wed, Thurs. Friday was my off day because I couldn't open my eyes this morning. Add me too, I am totally working on eating clean. I live in South Jersey and recently signed up with doortodoororganics.com and they deliver fresh veggies/fruits to my door every week. I love it and I get excited to try out new recipes. I would love to get to know everyone and share ideas. Tara

Me too, tracking has really shed some light on what I thought was a healthy diet. I may slip from time to time but I am much more aware.

Hi Everyone! I'm totally in. I weigh myself every Sunday. It seems to keep me honest thru the weekends. My starting weight is 280 and my goal is 180 obviously not by Memoria Day but it's where I want to be. I hope to lose 10 to 15 pounds by Memoria Day. Good luck everyone!

I'm 6' looking to get to my goal weight of 180. I beleive I can do it just need tons of support along the way. In the end I want to be healthy and yes of course I would be lying if I didn't say it would be really great to have a nice body.
