I have to become an early riser. Looks like I will be getting up at 4:30 am to hit the pavement. It's the only way working out will fit into my lifestyle. My kids consume my evenings. Good to know I'm not alone!

Any kind of mustard is actually very good mixed with tuna in my opinion. It also helps with the fishy smell! I also like to mix it with laughing cow cheese, but sodium is rather high.

I do Insanity first thing in the mornings and go for my runs in the afternoons. It is not easy though!

I'm not trying to be funny, but I go to sleep. I have a really hard time at night.

I'm with you. I don't care how many hours of sleep I've had, I just can not work out in the morning. I have tried. I do feel energized right after, but I'm ready to pass out before lunch. I get my best workouts in the afternoons right after work.

Haha! I thought I was the only one with this problem. After a good spin class, I am the reddest, sweatiest chic in the room lol. I'm in pretty decent shape too. I don't care though. If I don't sweat, I don't feel like I've had a good workout.

I start my second week of Insanity tomorrow. I agree with all of the posts above. Today is my rest day, and boy, did I need it. I am starting Insanity today. After reading up on the program, my understanding is that it is not designed for weight loss. The book says to focus on measurments not the number on the scale.
