when I started, I walked.. half a mile.. every morning before work. Then I jogged a little bit, then extended it to a mile, still mostly walking. I did have new shoes for it. Your feet are so important.

thanks.. I picked 3 compound exercises a day, no body part more than 2 days in a row as a primary target, each exercise once = 1 set.. and 5 "sets" a day. I am going off the cuff on this one, just going to give it a shot, crossfit looks like fun.
