Good way to put it.

It has to be marketed like it is for people to make money off of it. Without the shock value and mystery of "going against the grain" so to speak, it wouldn't generate enough interest to profit off of people trying to lose weight.

No idea what orthorexic is, but a dear friend of mine fought with depression, anxiety, and being severely bipolar for years and it cost him his family. He participated in a Mayo clinic of Boston study where they changed his diet instead of giving him medicine to manage his mental health. It's working better than the…

Exactly, I thought "Paleo" was just interchangeable for "common sense" when I first heard about it. There is nothing revolutionary about the Paleo diet, just people promoting common sense. btw: I do think powders can be good.. protein shakes.. creatine.. etc..

I looked at the Paleo diet. Saw I couldn't have whole grains and immediately clicked back off the page. Healthy life wheat toast has been a staple of mine at breakfast and even a slice before bed if I'm too hungry to sleep. Just eating right covers the majority of the Paleo program. I suppose I will kinda be on it for 10…

I use ab ripper x and cardio x myself, then lift 4 days a week, stretch x on sunday. Want to work in plyo x, but saw some exercises I liked more from an NFL combine training video. I'm also getting very interested in CrossFit, but I want to get under 15% bf before I do things that are too taxing on my knees.

I second the weightlifting. We're very close in current weight and start weight, but your body fat % is higher. Cardio is good. I do it all the time, but you need to lift to not only gain lean mass but preserve what you have. You don't NEED a gym. I have 2 dumbbells, my body weight, and not much room. That's all you REALLY…

You need a snack between breakfast and lunch, and you should eat protein at every meal. Look into a protein shake for a mid morning snack, and like the previous poster said, scramble 2 eggs in the morning. 100-120 for the shake, 70 per egg. Pretty low cal. edit: reread you were in a dorm.. scrambling eggs will be tough.…

EAS Lean 15.. 100 calories, 15 g protein, 5 g fiber per serving.. it is a mix of whey and casein protein, so you get a full feeling from the fast digesting whey, but you will feel full longer from the slow digesting casein. I swear by it, and the fudge flavor is smooth and chocolaty, even with just water.

First: Don't drink your calories. Second: Eat breakfast. Third: No double cheeseburgers and fries!

You need to start with some good stretching in the morning. Then jog in place, shake your arms. Get some blood flowing, and let your metabolism know you're awake!

close, 95. I lost 20 between december and july of this year, started doing it right, 100% committed and have cut 45 more since July 4th.

You did the right thing just ignoring them. You are better than they are.

1. The scale isn't always 100% accurate. 2. Water retention is always possible. 3. Go by how you feel. 4. Start doing 15-30 minutes of exercise a few times a week to kick start it. I am in my 4th week, and I have stepped on the scale once a week ago. I don't really care what the scale has to say. If I'm diligent in the…
