Water only.. with EAS chocolate, tastes great still. Milk makes it too thick, adds calories, and almond milk has too much bad unnatural junk in it that I don't want to put in my body.

so the studies that came up with 0.82 max per lb totsl bodyweight were based off a method they admitted in the article was inaccurate, and they tested for only 2 weeks when nitrogen balance takes up to 14 days to change anyway.. so those studies are nearly useless?

I'm a genius at math. I slept through differential equations and calc 1,2,3.. B was my lowest grade. Linear Algebra however.. worked pretty hard for that one.
