I don't know how true it is, but I've heard that it's best to take your vitamins/supplements in the afternoon, before dinner, because you're body will want what it is lacking. If you are lacking something you might crave more food. ???? I add the oil in my cals. :)

I use slim fast as a quick option when I need the convenience... You are still choosing a healthy option, you could just as easily choose something convenient and unhealthy, so give YOURSELF the credit you deserve. Congratulations on the weight loss that's amazing!
