I weighed in at 195, and I did the 600 calorie challenge. I did not drink as much water over the weekend as I do during the week. The iced tea kept calling my name at the family cookout.

I had not had a soda in 2 weeks, but yesterday I thought I really wanted one so I bought one. I took 2 sips, and didn't want any more of it. I think that is first time I have never drank an entire soda. So I guess I am making progress on being soda free :)

I have been wondering the same thing. I have doubled my water intake from 50 - 60 oz a day to 100 -120 oz a day, and now I am constantly in the bathroom. I am even waking up at night having to go to the bathroom. I hope my body adjusts to all of this soon.
